Ordering & Picking Up

u

How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed online through our website contact form (online store coming soon) or via our social media pages direct messaging. We highly recommend pre-ordering since items sell out quickly.

u

What happens if I miss my pickup?

Please let us know as soon as possible. Unclaimed orders may be donated.

u

Can I walk up and buy items at the markets?

Yes! We bring extra loaves and treats for walk-up customers, but pre-ordering guarantees your favorites.

Ingredients & Baking Process

u

Are all your ingredients organic?

Yes! We use all-organic grains, grass-fed dairy, pasture-raised eggs, and local honey, organic produce.

u

What makes your sourdough different?

Our sourdough is naturally fermented with wild yeast, making it easier to digest and more flavorful than conventional bread. We never use commercial yeast or artificial additives plus a 36 hour cold proof, which allows the dough to develop a deeper, more complex flavor while improving texture and digestibility. This extended fermentation results in a crispier crust, an airy crumb, and a rich, tang taste that sets our sourdough apart.

Special Requests & Dietary Needs

u

Can I request a custom order? (Dairy free)

We love special requests! Message us in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

u

Do you offer gluten-free sourdough?

No, since our kitchen is not gluten-free, we cannot guarantee no cross-contamination. However, our long fermentation process makes our sourdough easier to digest for some with sensitivities.

Rewards & Future Plans

u

Do you have a rewards program?

Yes! We run our rewards program through Square, so you can earn points for discounts on future purchases.

u

Will you open a brick-and-mortar bakery?

That’s our goal within the next three years! Every order helps us get closer to that dream.

u

How can I support your bakery?

The best ways to support us are by ordering, visiting us at markets, spreading the word, and leaving reviews!
