Something About Our
Sourdough Loaf…
Every loaf, cookie, cinnamon roll, scone, and more is made with wild yeast, patience, and intention, bringing both tradition and nourishment to every bite.
At Something Sourdough Co., I take all your favorite baked goods and give them a sourdough twist. From soft, tangy cinnamon rolls to perfectly chewy cookies, everything is naturally fermented for better digestion and richer flavor. You can (for now) find us at two farmers markets in San Antonio—The Market at Shavano Park and The Market at Just Pots—where we share our fresh bakes with the community each weekend. I’d love for you to stop by and taste the magic of sourdough for yourself.
We value tradition, innovation, and connection. Whether it’s a warm cinnamon roll shared with family or a hearty sourdough loaf at your table, our goal is to create moments of comfort and joy through our baked goods.
Thank you for being part of our journey!

Tried & True with a lot of Love & Patience
All of our sourdough items are naturally fermented for 36+ hours to enhance flavor, improve digestibility, and break down gluten for a gut-friendly experience. This slow fermentation process also allows for better nutrient absorption and creates the perfect texture—crispy on the outside, soft and airy on the inside!
